Since O2 World Berlin opened in the inner city, the arena’s facade and three LED billboards have illuminated the neighborhood without consent.

Although the lights may no longer be on all the time but only on event nights, this has not substantially reduced the invasion of public space.

Every shot in the film shows the light emitted by the LEDs and its effect on the surroundings.

Alle Aufnahmen zeigen die LED-Lichtemissionen, so wie sie in der Umgebung vorkommen.

Seit der Eröffnung der O2 World in der Berliner Innenstadt wird die Nachbarschaft ungefragt von drei LED-Wänden und der Hallenfront bestrahlt.

Mittlerweile darf sie nicht mehr ununterbrochen leuchten, sondern nur noch zu Veranstaltungen.

Der Eingriff in den öffentlichen Raum ist aber kaum weniger erheblich.
